NATO Remains Obstacle to Bosnia Forming New Government – BIRN

The leaders of BiH’s largest Serb, Bosniak, and Croat parties have agreed on how to divide BiH-level ministries, but the SDA continues to reject formation of a Council of Ministers whose chairman does not support NATO membership.

Bosniaks will get the Foreign, Security and Defence ministries.

The Serbs, beside having the post of Chairman, will have Human Rights and Refugees, Foreign Trade and Economic Relations and Transport and Communications.

The HDZ will appoint the ministers of Finance, Civilian Affairs, and Justice.
