After a meeting Monday with SNSD leader Milorad Dodik and SDA leader Bakir Izetbegovic, HDZ President Dragan Covic said he is optimistic that a chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers will be nominated soon and that BiH-level authorities will be formed. Covic said the party leaders will meet again in the next two to three days.
