The BiH Presidency adopted a joint statement expressing BiH’s intention to submit by December 31 answers to the European Commission’s additional questions for preparing an opinion on the BiH membership application. The members of the Presidency “their commitment to the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the EU and BiH and preparedness to enforce socio-economic reforms, improve the rule of law, counter corruption, enforce the public administration reform and improve administrative capacities for transposing the EU acquis communautaire, in accordance with the Copenhagen and Madrid criteria.”
