An ICTY witness who is part of the Serbian witness protection program alleged that during the 1990s war, Osman Mehmedagic, the head of the BiH Intelligence and Security Service, shot Serbs in Sarajevo with a sniper rifle for fun. The witness, like Mehmedagic, was a member of Alija Izetbegovic’s “Biseri” guard during the war.
