Reacting to the BiH High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council’s approval of the engagement of a judicial adviser from the U.S. Embassy in the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, lawyer Krstan Simic warned that the engagement of foreigners in BiH institutions brings the country’s sovereignty into question.
He pointed out that BiH institutions are able to operate on their own, provided that the rule of law is established and that competent people work in certain positions.
