Federation President Marinko Čavara, a member of the HDZ party, said that Bosniak parties do not want to amend BiH’s election law and give up their political domination and that this is increasing Croats’ push for a third Entity. Čavara said in an interview, “If they do not wish to implement the law, adhere to the Constitution and the Constitutional Court’s decisions on the election of legitimate representatives and if unconstitutional solutions are being passed in the Federation parliament, then it is only logical that Croats are saying, more and more frequently, that there is no other solution but a third entity.”
