Izetbegovic says his father “bequeathed” Bosnia to Erdogan – B92

Bakir Izetbegovic, the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency, said Thursday that his father left it to Turkish President Recep Tajjip Erdogan to “safeguard” BiH. Bakir Izetbegovic said that Alija Izetbegovic, the wartime leader of Bosniaks, “recognized in [Erdogan] a future strong leader, and bequeathed him with caring for Bosnia-Herzegovina.”
