The president of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik met with European Union Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Füle on Monday ahead of the first round of an EU-sponsored “structured dialogue” process. President Dodik expressed his appreciation for the EU’s commitment to the process, and said that Republika Srpska would offer a “creative approach” based upon the Dayton Agreement and European practice.
