RS President Milorad Dodik said the dismissal of Nikola Spiric as chairman of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly’s Joint Committee Overseeing the BiH Intelligence-Security Agency (OBA) demonstrates that the agency is now beyond civil and parliamentary control. Dodik also said there are indications that OBA is trying to destabilize RS institutions.
