A panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has rejected the BiH Prosecutor’s Office’s Appeal of a pre-trial judge’s rejection of the indictment of four members of the RS Referendum Commission. The BiH Prosecutor’s Office had filed an indictment against the commission members for allegedly failing to enforce a decision of the BiH Constitutional Court, but a pre-trial judge determined that there was no reasonable suspicion that the accused had committed a crime.
