The Croat member of the BiH Presidency, Dragan Covic, said Friday that both the BiH and Federation parliament are in crisis and that there is no parliamentary majority in either. Covic said after a meeting with RS President Milorad Dodik that establishment of a functional Coordination Mechanism is essential and that the mechanism must respect the constitutional competence of the Entities and the BiH.
