Answering questions from members of the RS National Assembly Tuesday, RS Prime Minister Željka Cvijanović said that BiH cannot become an EU member as long as it has the High Representative.
She has said that the arrangement with the IMF is questionable due to the constant blockade at the level of BiH and added that Srpska met its obligations back in December.
The Prime Minster has said that funds from the IMF would make the meeting of budget obligations significantly easier, but that they are not crucial.
