Member of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanic said Friday that he will send the International Court of Justice a letter saying that the Presidency did not agree to the application for revision of the court’s judgment.
Ivanic said he was sending the letter because the country had “fallen into a serious crisis” after the Bosniak member of the presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, filed the request for the appeal to the ICJ in The Hague on Thursday without agreeing with the presidency’s Serb and Croat members.
