Lawmakers from BiH’s two largest Serb parties, the SNSD and the SDS, boycotted the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Thursday over the proposed appeal of the 2007 International Court of Justice judgment in BiH’s suit against Serbia. Thirteen of 14 members representing Republika Srpska did not attend Thursday’s session.
