Croatian President Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic proposed on Tuesday that Croatian authorities should take over the prosecution of Croatian citizens arrested by BiH police and charged with committing war crimes in BiH. Her remarks followed a wave of angry statements by Croatian officials about the arrests, and generally heightened tensions between Croatia and its neighbors.
