The EU mission in BiH responded yesterday to the Republika Srpska government’s decision to suspend cooperation with SIPA and the BiH Court, after SIPA officers searched RS government offices without permission. The EU’s statement said that the RS decision “could jeopardize the functioning of the judiciary and law enforcement in BiH.”
