Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic will not attend 20th anniversary commemoration events in Srebrenica, according to his spokesperson. According to his office, Mr. Nikolic is prepared to visit Srebrenica when Bosniak leaders agree to commemorate the deaths of Serb and Croat war-crimes victims.
He stressed that the Serbian president would go with Izetbegovic to places where innocents were killed, but it was not moral to draw a distinction among victims.
