Jakob Finci, leader of the BiH Jewish Community, has taken over as president of the BiH Interreligious Council. Mr. Finci was also a plaintiff in the famous “Sejdic-Finci” case, in which the European Court of Human Rights ruled that the BiH electoral system must be reformed to allow “Others”–citizens who do not identify as Bosniak, Croat, or Serb–to run for and hold high office.
