Republika Srpska’s finance minister, Zoran Tegeltija, told reporters that he and Prime Minister Cvijanovic “held successful talks” with IMF and World Bank officials during their visit to Washington this week, and that further talks would take place in BiH.
He said that Srpska’s delegation, together with representatives of the World Bank and IMF, had reviewed the key policies that should be implemented in Republika Srpska, but also in BiH as a whole.
“As regards the policies, there is agreement between governments of Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH, and representatives of the World Bank and the IMF on many issues relating to what needs to be done in BiH,” emphasized finance minister of Republika Srpska.
According to Mr. Tegeltija, officials from both entities expect to hold a joint meeting with IMF and World Bank representatives in May.
