The BiH Prosecutor’s Office reportedly issued an order on Wednesday which said that Sefik Dzaferovic, chair of the House of Representatives, would not be investigated for involvement in war crimes. Former Federation vice president Mirsad Kebo has delivered a trove of documents to the prosecutor in recent months, some of which allegedly implicated Dzaferovic in criminal activities. Serb members of the BiH parliament have refused to participate in assembly functions in protest over authorities’ failure to investigate Dzaferovic.
