Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik met today with French ambassador Claire Bodonyi to discuss the EU initiative and the reforms it will entail. President Dodik informed the ambassador that RS is drafting “a set of reform laws” to meet the EU requirements.
He also informed the French ambassador that he presented his stance on this to the foreign ministers of Germany and Great Britain, who understood efforts to, as the statement reads, incorporate respect for the BiH constitution, the Dayton Agreement, and the arrangement of BiH in the statement that should be signed by leaders from BiH.
The entity president “warned of the fact that certain politicians in BiH are trying to abuse this initiative in order to achieve their party objectives.”
