At a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council this week, foreign ministers from European states agreed to endorse the new plan put forward recently by the UK and Germany, which ties political and economic reform in BiH to financial incentives. Speaking to press after the meeting, EU Foreign Affairs chief Federica Mogherini was hopeful that progress could be made under the new regime.
