Head of the Unit for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Commission Directorate General for Enlargement, Ms. Michela Matuella, visits Sarajevo this week. Today she met with the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr Milan Tegeltija.
Ms. Matuella stressed the need for accountability within the BiH judiciary, and called on the HJPC to ensure that its disciplinary procedures are efficient and effective.
