Fletcher Burton, head of the OSCE mission in BiH, encouraged residents of Brcko District to register as citizens of either Republika Srpska or the Federation, in order to be able to “fully exercise their democratic right to vote.”
In order to be eligible to vote in all local and BiH elections this October, voters must be properly registered by August 28th.
