Speaking to reporters on Monday, Republika Srpska president Milorad Dodik said that disagreements in the Federation concerning the Sejdic-Finci case and other issues have prevented progress toward EU accession for all of BiH. He added that these delays are harming Republika Srpska, though the RS has “responded positively” to all EU requests.
“We solved all the problems, and when the FBiH is ready to solve any problem of its, we will be ready for talks,” Mr. Dodik said.
