The BiH Court today refused an appeal filed by the prosecutor that asked the court to reconsider its earlier decision regarding jurisdiction in the case of Federation president Zivko Budimir. Mr. Budimir is accused of improper behavior connected to the issuance of pardons. The court ruled in early December that it did not have subject-matter jurisdiction in the case. That ruling was upheld by today’s action.
