In statements to the press this weekend, RS Prime Minister Cvijanovic said that the 2014 RS budget involved compromises in order to meet IMF requirements, but that it did not ignore the need for development or for social programs. PM Cvijanovic also responded to criticism of the budget by RS opposition parties, and said that the opposition should have aired its concerns in the National Assembly, rather than resorting to a symbolic boycott.
