The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council met on Wednesday and Thursday of this week to discuss the current state of affairs in BiH. On Thursday they issued a communique detailing the PIC’s position on a range of issues. In it, the Steering Board expressed concern over a lack of progress by BiH leaders on the so-called 5+2 agenda and the political reform process. The communique also touched on reform of the electoral system in Mostar, reform of the BiH judiciary, reform of the Federation constitution and entity institutions, and the NATO accession process.
