President Obama Nominates New Ambassador to BiH

On November 21, the White House announced that career Foreign Service officer Maureen Elizabeth Cormack has been nominated to serve as the United States Ambassador to BiH.

According to her State Department biography, Ms. Cormack joined the Foreign Service in 1989, and has held posts in France, Korea, and Poland, as well as a number of positions in Washington.

A confirmation hearing for Ms. Cormack has not yet been scheduled.
