The Court of BiH heard arguments this week in the case of at least one of the convicted war criminals recently released by the Court. The BiH Prosecutor made arguments for the re-arrest of former special policeman Petar Mitrovic, pending a new trial, while Mitrovic’s counsel made their arguments in favor of his release.
