BiH Court Schedules Hearings on Detention of Released Convicts

Acting upon a motion filed by the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the Court of BiH has scheduled hearings to determine whether war crimes convicts released by the court last week can be remanding into custody. The Court released ten men after the Constitutional Court ruled that they had been sentenced improperly.
