RS President Dodik said yesterday that the issue of the disposition of military property cannot be separated from the larger issue of state property in BiH, and must be dealt with according to terms agreed to by all of the governing parties in BiH and the entities. Mr. Dodik also said that certain individuals within the United States embassy in BiH are manipulating the issue of military property by tying it to the issue of potential NATO membership for BiH.
