According to BiH Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija, BiH and its neighbor Montenegro are “very close” to signing a final agreement establishing the location of their shared border. Following a meeting this week with his Montenegrin counterpart, Igor Luksic, Mr. Lagumdzija said that demarcation of the border was almost complete, and an agreement could come by the end of the year.
