The foreign trade ministers of Serbia and BiH announced jointly that their respective governments would not amend the Stabilization and Association Agreement with Croatia, as the European Union has asked them to following Croatia’s accession to the EU. The decision means that products imported from Croatia to BiH and Serbia will not be given preferential treatment.
Ljajic and Sarovic agreed at a meeting today in Belgrade to coordinate their positions on issues in connection with modifying their respective countries’ Stabilisation and Association Agreements with the EU, and to have a joint approach when it comes to protecting the economies of the two countries in their relations with the EU.
