The European Union’s Foreign Affairs Council discussed BiH in their meetings earlier today, and issued a set of conclusions in which they warned that BiH lags behind its neighbors in terms of progress toward EU membership. In particular, the Council remarked on the continued failure of BiH authorities to implement the so-called Sejdic-Finci decision, handed down by the European Court of Human Rights three years ago.
