US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel hosted Bosnia-Herzegovina Minister of Defense Zekerijah Osmic at the Pentagon today, Pentagon Press Secretary George Little said.
Hagel congratulated Bosnia for its recent deployment of a Bosnian Armed Forces unit with the Maryland National Guard to Kandahar, Afghanistan, Little said.
The two men also discussed the issue of Bosnia’s path toward NATO and EU membership.
