Federation President Zivko Budimir’s lawyers have filed an appeal with the BiH Constitutional Court concerning Mr. Budimir’s recent arrest and detention. The appeal challenges the Court of BiH’s jurisdiction, as well as the legality of evidence collection that has occurred thus far. The appeal also suggests that the case against Budimir is politically motivated.
