In statements to the press today, Republika Srpska president Milorad Dodik said that the RS is suffering from turmoil in the Federation, where leading politicians are unable to enact important legislation. In particular, Mr. Dodik mentioned an IMF financing agreement, which might be jeopardized if Federation leaders fail to act.
President Dodik also blamed foreign officials for problems that affect the RS, and said that “the Office of the High Representative (OHR) should not “meddle” in internal issues of Bosnia-Herzegovina – ‘because they’re the ones who messed up in the first place.'”
