After today’s meetings, Commissioner Füle noted with regret that the political parties have failed to make any meaningful progress for more than three years to implement the ‘Sejdić-Finci’ judgement. The Commissioner noted that the EU-led facilitation process has not led to tangible results due to the inability of the political leaders to turn declared commitment into concrete action. The Commissioner expressed regret that it was therefore necessary to cancel the third round of the High Level Dialogue on the Accession Process.
