The latest multi-party agreement on a new presidential election scheme for BiH may not satisfy the minorities whose interests were meant to be protected by Sejdic-Finci decision, according to some critics. The current agreement has been shaped more by the interests of Croats within the Federation–who feel that their designated seat on the presidency has been hijacked by majority-Bosniak parties–than those of so-called “others,” like the Jewish and Roma communities.
