US Embassy: All peoples should participate in FBiH constitutional reform – Oslobodenje

The US Embassy in Sarajevo issued a statement today seemingly encouraging all citizens of the Federation–Serbs as well as Croats and Bosniaks–to participate in the constitutional reform process.

The SNSD-led governments of Serb-majority municipalities in the Federation have indicated that they hope to use the reform process to open the way for a new Serb-governed canton.
