According to SRNA, BiH prosecutor Behaija Krnjic has ordered the RS Interior Ministry to halt investigations into 455 individuals suspected of involvement in war crimes against Serbs. The decision adds fuel to perennial complaints of anti-Serb bias within the BiH judiciary.
RS Interior Minister Stanislav Cadjo has already filed a formal complaint over the decision. “This produces not only anxiety but also raises serious doubts in the functionality and professionalism of the BiH War Crimes Prosecution,” Mr. Cadjo said at a press conference today. The minister also said that RS authorities would continue their own investigations in this case.
