The spokesperson for the EU delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative said today that the EU mission welcomes and encourages the start of dialogue between Federation President Budimir and the leading parties in the Federation. The parties of the FBiH majority coalition are seeking to reform the Federation’s government to reflect the coalition’s makeup. Thus far President Budimir has opposed such changes.
