UN chief asks Hague to consider complaint of anti-Serb discrimination – B92

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon has responded to a complaint from the “Association of the missing persons from Sarajevo-Romanija region,” a citizens’ group from BiH, which accuses the ICTY prosecution of discriminating against Serbs. According to the group’s complaint, the prosecution has met with similar associates representing Bosniak war victims, but not with Serbs.

“Ban Ki-moon replied that he will forward our complaint about Brammertz’s behavior to the Hague Tribunal’s Prosecution that will debate whether [Chief Prosecutor] Brammertz should have talked to representatives of victims of only one people. We expect them to make a decision,” said the association’s representative.
