BiH’s Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees has drafted a new law designed to ensure the rights of all those displaced by conflict. The law would call for the ministry to create a BiH-wide registry for all refugees and internally displaced people, and would allow the displaced to return to their old properties or to be compensated for those properties if return is impossible.
