The steering board of the Peace Implementation Council has released a communique summarizing their two-day meeting this week in Sarajevo.
“While welcoming the recent return to inter-party dialogue, the Steering Board expressed concern that concrete progress had stalled since its last meeting in May, resulting in Bosnia and Herzegovina falling behind the rest of the region, particularly in terms of progress on its European path. The PIC Steering Board called on political leaders to renew their commitment to achieving the progress necessary to secure a better future for BiH.”
