The World Bank coordinator for the Western Balkans told Council of Ministers chair Vjekoslav Bevanda that the Bank would provide greater assistance to BiH if the country were to conduct deeper structural reforms. World Bank Coordinator Jane Armitage said that BiH’s business and investment environment, as well as its public administration, are in need of serious reform. After the meeting, Bevanda said that the BiH government would speed up the ratification process for World Bank-funded programs that have already been approved, but not yet implemented.
