RS Deputy Justice Minister Nikola Kovačević said last week that amendments to the law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council drafted by the HJPC are unacceptable. The HJPC’s draft amendments, which were delivered to the BiH Ministry of Justice and seen by the RS Justice Ministry as well, serves the interest of the HJPC itself, and does not include reforms agreed upon in the Structured Dialogue process, according to Kovačević.
