Dragan Čović, leader of the HDZ BiH party, said during an interview yesterday that BiH needs to undertake serious structural reforms if it is to function as a state.
Čović also expresses support for RS president Milorad Dodik’s proposal to demilitarize the country. “Dodik is a reasonable person, and he is expressing his position on some difficult issues for Bosnia-Herzegovina in a more transparent manner than any of us,” Čović said. “I would be happy if there was someone among the Bosniak politicians with whom I could talk the way I do with Dodik.”
