Representatives of the international community in Kosovo recognized on Monday that Kosovo’s assembly had approved all constitutional amendments required for the termination of international supervision. In the eyes of those states that recognize Kosovo’s independence, this milestone marks the beginning of full sovereignty for Kosovo.
